Acceptance
By downloading or using Gesha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The App
Gesha is a personal coffee collection tool. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app functional and your data safe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Subscriptions
Gesha offers optional paid subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) that unlock Pro features including unlimited bean storage, iCloud Sync, and the Origins map. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Gesha. We do not claim any rights to your coffee collection, photos, or notes.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gesha. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
